Witnessing Love
I think we should:
Teach the child who wishes to learn.
Show him the light he longs to see.
Be an inspiration for his spirit.
This family was on the plane with me when I was heading to Boston back in January. The father sat elsewhere to let the mother and child stretch out a bit during the long flight. The mother had never ending patience with her son as he inspected the light above him. I watched them interact for hours without an ounce of boredom.
Witnessing love can be so amazingly gratifying. I will never forget that plane ride, this family or the peace I had inside my heart from those special moments.

I wish you all a beautiful, safe and loving long holiday weekend. Soak up all the love and beauty around you…the time for doing so is NOW-not later.

Thanks for a reminder to be patient with my little guy.
Heather – this is such a touching post. It’s wonderful that you thought to take out your camera and capture this special moment.
