Jujitsu Tournament

My cousin Trevor had a Jujitsu match last weekend and I went along to see what it was all about. It seemed to me to be a very polished version of the popular sport-wrestling. The true meaning can be found here. My cousin performed well. He took 1st place for his match and we were all quite pleased to see that his opponent was the one with the bloody nose-not Trevor! No worries…we don’t think Trevor caused the bloody nose, it just seemed to happen all by itself. Trevor’s been active in various forms of Martial Arts as long as I can remember and yet this was my first time out to see him in action. I’m really happy I went and it was so cool that Trevor came out on top.

Trevor’s the one DOMINATING the whole match!

Trevor and his coaches with the 1st place medal around his neck.

Trevor with my little guy…you’d have to know Trevor to understand just exactly how much he clowns around and makes silly faces. This has been the case since we were both in diapers. I’ve just recently gotten used to it…about 30 years later! 🙂

The collage looks great! I’m sure Trevor will love it!
Go Trevor for dominating and good for you for getting out there photographing something new to you!
